Five Advanced Design Features

The machine structure is designed and manufactured based on a standard machining center configuration, ensuring that machining accuracy remains stable even under load-induced displacement. (Non-inverted structure)

All models feature Japanese THK linear guides on the X/Y axes and Japanese NSK precision low-noise bearings. HIWIN linear guides are used on the U/V/Z axes (except for certain models). Machine accuracy complies with China's national standards for slow-speed wire EDM machines.

All models are equipped with the Wire Intelligent Dynamic Control System (WIDCS), providing highly precise and responsive real-time tension control while the electrode wire operates at high speed throughout the machining process. Tension control accuracy reaches 0.2N/0.5S.

All models feature an electrode wire magazine control system, while all servo models are equipped with Panasonic AC servo systems from Japan.

All models are equipped with a high-speed, high-precision intelligent high-frequency power supply that automatically optimizes cutting parameters according to the workpiece material, thickness, and machining current.
